Overall had absolutely amazing stay for one night. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was satisfactory. The location was central, marvellous in a lovely area. And we were near to bars, London and the restaurant which had a nice atmosphere and delicious food.

Stunning location adjacent to golf course made it easy to get to key attractions. Attentive and knowledgeable staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

The room was clean and spacious although a little expensive for what it was. The spa area was a little basic but as it was not too busy we enjoyed ourselves.
We did not like the menu in the restaurant so had to use the sports bar menu. We had asked for use of bathrobe and slippers for spa but did not receive any and when we returned home we received an email saying we would have bathrobe and slippers in our room together with a lovely executive room with view of the golf course and possible upgrade to suite - none of which we actually received. This was disappointing as this was a special occasion for us and I had requested these items.

The hotel was peaceful, we had a good sized room and most of the staff were friendly & helpful. It was in a good location to go to Oxford, Bicester, Blenheim Palace & Woodstock. The spa facilities were excellent.
The continental breakfast was rather disappointing, and the evening meal appalling - several people in the restaurant complained on the evening we visited. The room seemed clean initially, but several areas not up to standard once we'd stayed a little longer, eg very dusty on the back of the bathroom door, dirty broken toilet brush.

Spa area offered great relaxation while the room showed signs of neglect.

Room was clean and very spacious. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful on arrival. Had a massage and was a lovely experience.
Our meal inthe restaurant got mixed up and our cheeseboard didnt arrive. Felt a little rushed. Wanted a drink in bar at 10.30pm but it had been closed and receptionist had to ask for it to be reopened which made us feel uncomfortable. Next morning I enqired about the courtesy bus service as advertised in room but receptionist first of all told me that a taxi was the only way to get to Bicester village and again I felt uncomfortable when she had to organise same. Also I was not offered the vip shopping discount which I found out about when using spa.

Great spa vibes!
The spa was just amazing, and the staff were super friendly! Breakfast was a highlight, loads of choices. Only thing was the pool was ice cold at times, seemed like a shock when jumping in. A lovely stay with nice grounds and comfy rooms.

Clean & tidy room with comfortable beds and nice weight duvets. Tea facilities for that 'special' early morning cuppa!
Air-conditioning was noisy. Toilet paper of very poor quality.
